Save the file and restart Windsurf.

Ask for something promptfoo_import does. Windsurf lists the server's tools on connect and calls promptfoo_import itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that CompletionKit's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
