    Save the file and restart Windsurf.

    Ask for something search_cases_by_business does. Windsurf lists the server's tools on connect and calls search_cases_by_business itself — you do not invoke it by name.

    If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Court Delta's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
