Save the file and restart VS Code.

Ask for something confirm_column_mapping does. VS Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls confirm_column_mapping itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that schedule iii's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
