    Save the file and restart Windsurf.

    Ask for something check_certificate does. Windsurf lists the server's tools on connect and calls check_certificate itself — you do not invoke it by name.

    If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Is This Site Down?'s identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
