Save the file and restart Gemini CLI.

Ask for something get_dream_on_facts does. Gemini CLI lists the server's tools on connect and calls get_dream_on_facts itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Dream On Concierge's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
