Ask for something create_request_to_resolve does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls create_request_to_resolve itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that ECZ-ID Trust MCP's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
