Save the file and restart Windsurf.

Ask for something email_savings_card does. Windsurf lists the server's tools on connect and calls email_savings_card itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that FineRx's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
