Add formpaste to Windsurf

    Open ~/.codeium/windsurf/mcp_config.json and merge this in. Keep any servers already there.

    Save the file and restart Windsurf.

    Ask for something create_form does. Windsurf lists the server's tools on connect and calls create_form itself — you do not invoke it by name.

    If nothing happens, check the server is running and that formpaste's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.

formpaste will not start until these are set, so create_form never becomes available.
