Save the file and restart Windsurf.

Ask for something formulasignal_search_record does. Windsurf lists the server's tools on connect and calls formulasignal_search_record itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that FormulaSignal's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
