Save the file and restart VS Code.

Ask for something verify_document_hash does. VS Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls verify_document_hash itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that FreeSign — Free e-signature's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
