Run this in your project directory.
claude mcp add --transport http furrow-forms https://api.furrowforms.com/mcp-

Restart your session so the server is picked up.

Ask for something list_clients does. Claude Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls list_clients itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that furrow forms's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
