Save the file and restart Windsurf.

Ask for something getmattered_get_applications does. Windsurf lists the server's tools on connect and calls getmattered_get_applications itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that GetMattered's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
