Save the file and restart Cursor.

Ask for something deploy_service_from_image does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls deploy_service_from_image itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Google Cloud Run's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
