Save the file and restart Claude Desktop.

Ask for something whatsapp_create_instance does. Claude Desktop lists the server's tools on connect and calls whatsapp_create_instance itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Green API WhatsApp's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
