Ask for something gribstream_list_shared_parameters does. VS Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls gribstream_list_shared_parameters itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that GribStream Weather MCP's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
