Save the file and restart Zed.

Ask for something whats_changed_since does. Zed lists the server's tools on connect and calls whats_changed_since itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Havoptic AI Release Intelligence's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
