Save the file and restart Zed.

Ask for something inference does. Zed lists the server's tools on connect and calls inference itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that SYNTHORA x402 Intelligence Mesh's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
