Save the file and restart Cursor.

Ask for something search_monitors_by_name does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls search_monitors_by_name itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that hyperping's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
