Save the file and restart Windsurf.

Ask for something insumer_compliance_templates does. Windsurf lists the server's tools on connect and calls insumer_compliance_templates itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that insumer's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
