Save the file and restart Gemini CLI.

Ask for something get_merchant_policies does. Gemini CLI lists the server's tools on connect and calls get_merchant_policies itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that ittems product directory's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
