Save the file and restart Claude Desktop.

Ask for something check_payment_change does. Claude Desktop lists the server's tools on connect and calls check_payment_change itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Jithox payment preflight: check an invoice payment before your AI agent pays's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
