Open .vscode/mcp.json and merge this in. Keep any servers already there.

Save the file and restart VS Code.

Ask for something create_split does. VS Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls create_split itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that splitbill's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.

Set these first
splitbill will not start until these are set, so create_split never becomes available.
