Save the file and restart LangChain.

Ask for something post_process_mesh does. LangChain lists the server's tools on connect and calls post_process_mesh itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that AXIS Avatar Foundry's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
