Save the file and restart Cursor.

Ask for something lookup_diagnostics does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls lookup_diagnostics itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that kernelcad's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
