Save the file and restart VS Code.

Ask for something keyhalve_explain does. VS Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls keyhalve_explain itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that KeyHalve - verify sealed documents's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
