Save the file and restart Cursor.

Ask for something save_intake_draft does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls save_intake_draft itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Klarefi's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
