Run this in your project directory.
claude mcp add --transport http mcp https://mcp.layerhop.com/mcp-

Restart your session so the server is picked up.

Ask for something report_submitted does. Claude Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls report_submitted itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that LayerHop's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.

Set these first
LayerHop will not start until these are set, so report_submitted never becomes available.
