Save the file and restart Claude Desktop.

Ask for something discovery_add_payment_method does. Claude Desktop lists the server's tools on connect and calls discovery_add_payment_method itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Disco's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
