Save the file and restart Cursor.

Ask for something reply_to_comment does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls reply_to_comment itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Lightbringer's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
