Save the file and restart Cursor.

Ask for something synap_chat_completion does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls synap_chat_completion itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that synap's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
