    Save the file and restart Windsurf.

    Ask for something lunara_cite does. Windsurf lists the server's tools on connect and calls lunara_cite itself — you do not invoke it by name.

    If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Lunara Intelligence's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
