Save the file and restart Windsurf.

Ask for something decide_pending_action does. Windsurf lists the server's tools on connect and calls decide_pending_action itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that MadeCheck's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
