Save the file and restart Cursor.

Ask for something should_continue does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls should_continue itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that MCPFax Agent Continuity's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
