Save the file and restart LangChain.

Ask for something lookup_procedure_code does. LangChain lists the server's tools on connect and calls lookup_procedure_code itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that chatgpt's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
