Save the file and restart Claude.ai.

Ask for something chat_history_overview does. Claude.ai lists the server's tools on connect and calls chat_history_overview itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that MemoryPlugin's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
