Save the file and restart Windsurf.

Ask for something update_or_move_memories does. Windsurf lists the server's tools on connect and calls update_or_move_memories itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that MemoryPlugin's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
