Save the file and restart LangChain.

Ask for something project-list does. LangChain lists the server's tools on connect and calls project-list itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Planner MCP — provable "done" for AI agents's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
