    Save the file and restart Windsurf.

    Ask for something read_the_papers does. Windsurf lists the server's tools on connect and calls read_the_papers itself — you do not invoke it by name.

    If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Mos AIsley Cantina's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
