Save the file and restart Cursor.

Ask for something recommend_tool_names does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls recommend_tool_names itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that agent ready kit's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
