Save the file and restart Cursor.

Ask for something verify_agent_run_proof does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls verify_agent_run_proof itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that trust tools's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
