Save the file and restart VS Code.

Ask for something ontario_validate-refresh does. VS Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls ontario_validate-refresh itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Ontario Protocol's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
