Save the file and restart ChatGPT.

Ask for something registry_snapshot does. ChatGPT lists the server's tools on connect and calls registry_snapshot itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that OODS Foundry's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
