    Save the file and restart Windsurf.

    Ask for something estimate_ai_costs does. Windsurf lists the server's tools on connect and calls estimate_ai_costs itself — you do not invoke it by name.

    If nothing happens, check the server is running and that OI AI Adoption's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
