Restart your session so the server is picked up.

Ask for something ol_issuer_kpi_panel does. Claude Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls ol_issuer_kpi_panel itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Oxford Ledge's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
