Save the file and restart Zed.

Ask for something parky_get_hours does. Zed lists the server's tools on connect and calls parky_get_hours itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Parky — Park Planning's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
