Run this in your project directory.
claude mcp add --transport http phasefolio https://app.phasefolio.com/api/mcp-

Restart your session so the server is picked up.

Ask for something list_scenarios does. Claude Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls list_scenarios itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that phasefolio's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.

phasefolio will not start until these are set, so list_scenarios never becomes available.
