Open .vscode/mcp.json and merge this in. Keep any servers already there.

Save the file and restart VS Code.

Ask for something triage_asset does. VS Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls triage_asset itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that phasefolio's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.

Set these first
phasefolio will not start until these are set, so triage_asset never becomes available.
