Save the file and restart Claude.ai.

Ask for something pinappai_list_iterations does. Claude.ai lists the server's tools on connect and calls pinappai_list_iterations itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that PinAppAI's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
