Save the file and restart Cursor.

Ask for something dry_run_actions does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls dry_run_actions itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that PlainRouter's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
