Save the file and restart Gemini CLI.

Ask for something create_game_room does. Gemini CLI lists the server's tools on connect and calls create_game_room itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Play Face to Face's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
